SERVICE CALLS:
Service calls are available on most makes and models of Pinball Machines and Video Games. Contact us with the name of the machine and a description of the problem for further details. Service calls are usually scheduled in the morning hours before lunch time to avoid traffic delays and free up time in the afternoons for shop work and restorations.

WITHIN LOCAL SERVICE AREA: (25 MILES)
There is a $110 minimum charge to come to your location within the 25 mile service area (see mileage calculator below). The $110 gives you up to an hour of labor, anything over an hour is $100 per hour in quarterly increments, parts are extra. Charges begin upon arrival to your location, there is no extra charge for driving time within the local service area.

OUTSIDE LOCAL SERVICE AREA:
Depending on your location, service calls may be available for an additional charge based on your distance. For a specific quote contact us with your location including zip code. Please include the name of the machine and a brief explanation of the problem.

SERVICE AREA:
The service area is 25 miles from 3550 Sarah Drive, Wantagh NY 11793 and includes Long Island locations only. You can enter your address in the mileage calculator below to calculate your distance from NY Pinball.

Ron's Tech Tips

The term 'planned obsolescence' basically means that your pinball machine was designed with a built in life expectancy. The main circuit board has batteries that if unchanged can and will destroy the printed circuit boards when they leak. This battery acid is very corrosive and will eat away and destroy the electronic components.
By the time most people realize their batteries leaked it's usually too late. Replacement PCB's (printed circuit boards) can be very expensive to fix or replace. We can perform a simple modification and mount the batteries off the circuit board to prevent any acid damage. Don't wait until it's too late, get your machine serviced regularly, preventative maintenance is the key!

Repair Warranty

The warranty for repair work is 30 days. For a repair to be covered under warranty, it must be the exact same failure and exact same parts or components that were originally serviced.
